Registration Policies

Student Selection:

Due to the competitive nature of admission to this school, submission of all application materials does not guarantee acceptance into the program. Students who meet submission criteria and who are selected for seating in the school will be notified of acceptance directly by email.

Background Check:

Please be aware that all participants will be required to provide personal information (e.g. full name, DOB, SSN) necessary for a criminal background check during registration on the first day of class. The collected information will be destroyed at the conclusion of the background checks. This requirement is necessary to ensure a safe training environment for all participants and to protect the integrity of the courses.

Payment:

Please note that payment for any of the CONTOMS courses are required within 7 days of notification of acceptance into the course.

  • Credit Cards Accepted: VISA, MasterCard, and Discover.
  • Checks, money orders, and purchase orders should be made payable to CHEP.

 

Refund Policy:

Admission to these trainings is competitive. Cancellations and refund requests must be received within seven (7) days of notification of acceptance. Cancellations received after this deadline will not qualify for a refund. The refund options available:

  • A refund minus a $10 processing fee. Refunds made on credit card payments will be charged an additional 5% credit card processing fee.
  • A check refund minus a $10 processing fee sent to the address on file. Option available for payments made by check, cash, credit card, money order, and purchase order.
